Which batteries work with this heater?

The heater is compatible with 18V lithium-ion batteries including BL1815, BL1820, BL1530, BL1840, BL1850 and BL1860 models. It also works with BL1850B, BL1840B, BL1830B, BL1430B, BL1820B, BL1440, BL1415 and BL1815N variants. However, it won't work with G series batteries like BL1813G, BL1413G, BL1415G, BL1430G, or BL1815G and it's incompatible with 18V Ni-CD batteries such as the 1822 model.

How long does a battery last when powering the heater?

Battery runtime varies depending on the battery capacity and temperature setting used. Based on user feedback, expect around 1 hour of operation with standard batteries. Higher capacity batteries like BL1850 (5.0Ah) will run longer than smaller capacity ones like BL1815 (1.5Ah).
